2024 Speaker and Presenters

Keynote Speaker:

Payne Shoen

Meet Payne Schoen, an international speaker, coach, and facilitator passionate about meaningful connections. He loves partnering with organizations to develop their leaders and create environments where people want to work. They are valued, engaged, and deliver results.

He believes everyone deserves to be led well; the future depends on it. Leaders help individuals see their full potential past their current conditions and circumstances.

For him, success goes beyond individual accomplishments; it involves fostering an environment where everyone can thrive—a place where they can be authentic and do meaningful work.

Through connection, Payne creates a safe space for clients to explore thought-provoking questions that empower them with answers to navigate the obstacles and opportunities they face. Guiding them from where they are to where they want to be

Payne’s magnetic energy engages audiences in boardrooms and conference halls across the globe. His encouraging words transcend diverse backgrounds, breaking barriers and instilling clarity and purpose in individuals' and organizations' hearts.

Payne captures the essence of his transformative philosophy: "Everyone wins when they are doing work that matters to them and their organizations."
